  • 1 (14-ounce) can of pumpkin purée
  • 2 cups of almond or coconut milk
  • 1⁄4 cup of chia seeds
  • 1 cup of chopped figs or dates
  • 1⁄4 cup of almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon of raw honey
  • 1 teaspoon of ground allspice
  • 1 teaspoon of ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon of ground cloves
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon of sea salt or kosher salt

Method

Step 1
